Academy Policies

• Monthly payments are automatically drafted from your account on the 1st of each month.

• To pause or cancel an upcoming payment, you must notify us at least four (4) days in advance.

• If you need to take a break, go on vacation, or withdraw from the program, please contact us by text, email, or phone call.

• Requests must be made before the 1st of the month to place your account on hold or remove it from billing.

• Due to the limited number of training days each month, we do not offer standard make-up sessions.

• Exceptions may be considered for extended absences due to illness or other special circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to attend scheduled monthly sessions.

• Due to Frisco ISD policies, six sessions per month is the minimum we are able to offer, as school events and holidays may impact gym availability. Outside of those circumstances, the monthly schedule typically ranges from seven to nine sessions a month.
