Royalty Hoops Academy Policies

• Academy membership is $200 per month.
• Monthly payments are automatically drafted on the 1st of each month.
• The $200 monthly membership rate is based on a minimum of six (6) training sessions per month, due to Frisco ISD gym rental policies, school events, holidays, and facility availability.
• Most months, we anticipate offering approximately eight (8) training sessions. When additional sessions are available beyond the six-session minimum, members will not be charged extra.
• Please review the Frisco ISD Rental/Gym Availability Policy below for additional information regarding monthly scheduling.
• To pause or cancel an upcoming payment, Royalty Hoops Academy must be notified at least four (4) days before the scheduled draft date.
• Athletes must have an active, paid membership to participate in Academy training.

• If your athlete needs to take a break, go on vacation, or withdraw from the Academy, please contact us by text, email, or phone.
• Hold or withdrawal requests must be submitted at least four (4) days before the 1st of the month to prevent the upcoming automatic payment.
• Requests received after the deadline may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

• Due to limited gym availability and the number of scheduled training days each month, Royalty Hoops Academy does not offer standard make-up sessions for missed training sessions.
• Exceptions may be considered for extended absences due to illness or other special circumstances.
• Special circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case. Please contact us directly to discuss available options.

• It is the responsibility of each athlete and family to attend the training sessions scheduled for that month.
• Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for a refund, credit, or make-up session.

Royalty Hoops Academy rents gym facilities through Frisco ISD. School events, holidays, district activities, and facility closures may impact gym availability throughout the year.

• The Academy's monthly membership is structured around a minimum of six (6) training sessions per month.
• Under normal circumstances, we typically provide seven (7) to nine (9) sessions per month, with approximately eight sessions being our normal schedule.
• Members are not charged additional fees when more than six sessions are offered during a month.
• Monthly schedules may change based on Frisco ISD facility availability.
• Schedule updates will be communicated to families as soon as possible.
